Salon Policy
Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To allow us to provide a quality service, you need to:
- Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- While receiving any service, please provide feedback so our staff can meet your needs immediately.
- Inform the staff or salon manager immediately if you have concerns about the salon, staff, or services.
- Report any infection or unusual reaction concerning your nails to staff or manager right away.
Guarantee
Nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
- Gel polish manicures: guaranteed for 5 days
- Dipping & enhancements: guaranteed for 7 days
- Free repairs must be scheduled within the guarantee period and with original color
- Repairs after guarantee time will incur charges
- Traditional polish is not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for infected nails (tools are disinfected and available for inspection)
Refund Policy
- No cash refunds after service is completed
- Leaving the salon = you accept and are happy with the service
- If you're not happy, inform us before paying—we will fix it or remove it
- No refund if you changed your mind
- If still unhappy after a redo, a written complaint with photos is required
Appointments
- Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment
- Late arrivals may receive shortened service time
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Inform us in advance if you need extra services (nail design, soak off, etc.)
- Group bookings or special services may require a deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Pricing
Prices are clearly displayed. Please confirm before service begins.
Methods of Payment
- Cash and all major credit cards accepted ($10 minimum)
- 3% processing fee applies to card payments
- No tips accepted via cards or checks
- Gratuities are appreciated
Gift Cards
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Not redeemable if lost or stolen
- Cannot be redeemed after expiry date
Surveillance
For safety, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
Child Safety
Children must be supervised and sit with parents. You are liable for any damage caused by your children. Please do not allow them to run, yell, or cry.
For Your Protection
We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Please keep your items safe.
Regular Polish
Please hand your polish bottle to your technician. Broken bottles will incur a $10 charge.
